iMotar Policy, Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
Welcome to iMotar, the trusted digital marketplace for buying and selling cars in Afghanistan. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for all users.

Eligibility:
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. Sellers and buyers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when listing or purchasing cars. -
Platform Use:
iMotar connects buyers and sellers. We do not directly handle transactions, car delivery, or vehicle verification beyond the scope of our guidelines. All negotiations and final agreements are between the buyer and seller.
2. Listing Policy

Listing Your Car:
When you list a car on iMotar, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information regarding the car’s make, model, year, condition, mileage, and any additional features. Sellers are responsible for uploading high-quality photos that meet our Photography Guidelines. -
Review Process:
All car listings are subject to a review by the iMotar team to ensure they meet our Terms and Conditions and Car Listing Guidelines. If your listing does not comply with these guidelines, it will not be published on the platform. -
Accuracy of Information:
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that all car details and photos are accurate and up-to-date. Listings that provide incorrect or misleading information will be removed from the platform, and repeat offenders may be banned from using iMotar.
3. Fees and Payment

Fee Structure:
Listing your car on iMotar is free of charge. Sellers are only required to pay a 0.5% fee on the total sale price once their car is successfully sold through the platform. -
Payment of Fees:
Once the transaction is complete, iMotar will issue an invoice for the 0.5% fee. Sellers are responsible for paying the fee within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
4. Seller Responsibilities

Providing Car Information:
Sellers must provide accurate information, including the make, model, year, price, and condition of the car. Sellers are also responsible for ensuring that the car’s documents (such as registration and ownership papers) are valid and current. -
Car Photos:
Sellers are required to upload high-quality photos that clearly show all important aspects of the car (front, side views, interior, engine, etc.). Follow iMotar’s Photography Guidelines to ensure the best presentation of your car. -
Responsibility for Transactions:
iMotar provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. The final sale agreement, including price and conditions, is solely between the buyer and seller. iMotar is not responsible for any disputes arising from the transaction.
5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer Due Diligence:
While iMotar works to ensure the accuracy of listings, buyers are responsible for conducting their own research and inspections before purchasing a car. iMotar encourages buyers to verify the car’s details, documents, and condition before completing a transaction.
6. Prohibited Actions

Misleading Information:
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information about a car, such as its condition, documents, or features, is strictly prohibited. Listings found to be deceptive will be removed from the platform immediately. -
Multiple Listings of the Same Car:
A single car cannot be listed multiple times. Any duplicate listings will be removed. -
Fraudulent Activity:
Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as attempting to sell a car you do not own or using the platform to scam buyers, will result in permanent suspension and legal action where applicable.
7. iMotar’s Review Process

Listing Approval:
iMotar reserves the right to review all car listings before they go live on the platform. We aim to provide a professional and reliable marketplace, and as such, we require sellers to meet our guidelines in terms of accuracy, quality, and transparency. -
Rejected Listings:
If your listing is not approved due to non-compliance with iMotar’s guidelines, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update the information and resubmit the listing.
8. Data Privacy and Security

Personal Information:
iMotar collects personal information, such as name, phone number, and location, solely for the purpose of connecting buyers and sellers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Liability and Disclaimer

iMotar’s Role:
iMotar is a platform that facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any issues related to the condition, legality, or authenticity of the cars listed on the platform. -
No Warranty:
iMotar does not offer any warranty for cars listed on the platform. Buyers and sellers must agree to the terms of the transaction independently.
10. Dispute Resolution

Buyer-Seller Disputes:
Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between the parties involved. iMotar may assist in providing communication tools but is not liable for resolving transaction disputes. -
Platform-Related Issues:
If you encounter any issues related to your use of the platform (e.g., difficulties in listing or technical problems), please contact iMotar’s support team for assistance.
11. Modifications to the Terms
